Privacy
Policy

This website (syedmstfa.com) is my personal portfolio. I’m Syed Mustafa, and I run it myself. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit the site, and what happens if you send me a message through it.
This site runs no database, no accounts and no analytics of its own. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to type into the contact form — your name, email address and message.
Those submissions are transmitted by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which passes them through its servers and delivers them to my email inbox. I keep them there so I can reply to you. I don’t sell them, share them, or add you to any mailing list.
Some pages on this site embed content from Instagram. Instagram loads its own script and may collect data such as your IP address and browser information — this can happen as the page loads, not only when you click. Their handling of that data is covered by Instagram’s Privacy Policy.
This site sets no cookies of its own. It does save one thing on your device: whether you prefer the light or dark theme, stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers next time. It isn’t sent anywhere and identifies nobody — clearing your browser data removes it.
Third-party embeds (Instagram, FormSubmit) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
If you’ve sent me a message and you’d like it deleted, email me and I’ll remove it from my inbox. You can also ask what I hold and I’ll tell you. There’s no form to fill in for this — just ask.
This site links out to external websites. I’m not responsible for how those sites handle your data, and I’d encourage you to read their policies independently.
If you have any questions about this policy, or about anything above, email me at syedmstfaoff@gmail.com.
